Yoga for Cycling

Whether we are racing or out for a weekend tour, cycling can take it’s toll on the body. During this all levels workshop, we'll explore strengthening deep muscles where it counts the most. Developing a yoga practice to balance strength with mobility, we are able to push harder and rider farther with less fatigue. With a personalized yoga program you will cut race times, lower blood pressure and create an optimized cycling adventure.
